About

Jennifer Heinzel is an avid herbalist, freelance writer, forger, natural beauty product maker and basket weaver! Along with this, Jennifer recently completed a 10 month herbal medicine program, has been involved in the North Country herbalist guild as their secretary (www.nchg.org), and has continued classes and occasional apprenticing with her herbal teacher. Lastly, she has been enjoying a relaxing Saturday morning each month basket weaving with fun other weaving-loving friends!

Thymes Ancient Remedies is a blog devoted to Herbalism, and subjects such as: traditional food, simple living, inspiration, and eco-products!

Jennifer’s passion for herbal medicine had led me to share all that she have learned on healing, and found inspiring!

Around 8 years ago through a book her mother gave her on natural spa recipes, she found her way to the field of herbal teas and of course, herbal medicine! Since, Jennifer has thrown myself into this field learning through conferences, interning, being a community herbalist and researching. She soaked up as much information as possible by working at herbal farms, native plant sanctuaries, co-ops, and most recently, being an apprentice to my herbal teacher.

Through this blog, Jennifer hopes to share her passion for herbal medicine, traditional whole foods, simple living, and hand-making crafts!

  3. I was diagnosed as HEPATITIS B carrier in 2013 with fibrosis of the
liver already present. I started on antiviral medications which
reduced the viral load initially. After a couple of years the virus
became resistant. I started on HEPATITIS B Herbal treatment from
ULTIMATE LIFE CLINIC (www.ultimatelifeclinic.com) in March, 2020. Their
treatment totally reversed the virus. I did another blood test after
the 6 months long treatment and tested negative to the virus. Amazing
treatment! This treatment is a breakthrough for all HBV carriers.
